What is Sermorelin and what does it do?
Sermorelin is an FDA-recognized growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that signals your pituitary gland to produce more of your own natural growth hormone — driving fat loss, lean muscle, deeper sleep, and anti-aging benefits without synthetic HGH.
Sermorelin works the same way as CJC-1295 — it stimulates your pituitary to release growth hormone naturally — but has a shorter half-life, requiring nightly dosing. It has been used clinically since the 1990s and is one of the most studied GHRH analogs available.
How Sermorelin Works
Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of GHRH — the same hormone your hypothalamus naturally releases to tell your pituitary to produce growth hormone. By administering sermorelin before bed, you amplify the GH pulse that would naturally occur during deep sleep, restoring levels closer to those of a younger man.

Sermorelin vs. CJC-1295

Custom Protocol Design
Based on your labs, exam findings, and goals, your physician designs a personalized peptide protocol. We currently prescribe Sermorelin for growth hormone optimization. Determining the dosing schedule, cycle length, and monitoring checkpoints is individualized to you — there is no one-size-fits-all protocol at Revive.
Pharmacy Compounding & Delivery
Your physician sends the prescription to one of our compound pharmacy partners — Empower Pharmacy or Hallandale Compounding Pharmacy. Both are licensed, FDA-inspected facilities that produce pharmaceutical-grade peptides. Medications are shipped directly to your home in temperature-controlled packaging, typically arriving within 3 to 5 business days.
In-Person Injection Training
If your protocol involves subcutaneous injections, you will receive hands-on training at the clinic. Our staff walks you through reconstitution (mixing the peptide), measuring the correct dose with an insulin syringe, injection technique, and proper storage. You will feel confident before you leave the office. This is not a YouTube tutorial — it is one-on-one, in person.
Ongoing Lab Monitoring & Protocol Adjustments
