Same doctor, full history, every time
Why Choose Revive

What Telehealth Companies
Can't Offer You

For testosterone therapy, you deserve a real doctor exam, real lab work, and real medication at your pharmacy — often covered by insurance.

In-Person Doctor Exam

Licensed doctors — not nurse practitioners, not PAs. A real physical exam at every visit.

Your Local Pharmacy

Prescriptions sent to any pharmacy you choose. No locked-in mail-order compounds. Use your insurance benefits.

The Right Medication, Explained Honestly

For TRT, we prescribe FDA-approved testosterone cypionate — covered by your insurance at $0–30/month. For fertility preservation, younger patients, or post-TRT recovery, we also offer enclomiphene — a clinician-prescribed compounded option. We tell you what's covered and what it costs before you decide.

Free Testosterone Testing

We test both total AND free testosterone. Most telehealth only tests total T — missing the clinically meaningful metric.

One Doctor, Full History

Real continuity of care with a doctor who knows you. TRT, ED, and weight loss all managed by the same doctor.

3 Convenient Locations

Seattle, Kirkland, and Federal Way. Real men's health care — not telehealth — close to where you live and work.

🧾

Most testosterone prescriptions are covered by insurance.

With all Revive plans, we handle prescription coverage at your pharmacy. Many patients pay $0–30/month for testosterone medication at their local pharmacy, billed through your insurance like any other prescription.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What medications does Revive prescribe for low testosterone?

We offer two evidence-based approaches:

1. Testosterone Cypionate (Injection) — FDA-approved generic, covered by all major WA insurance plans. Most patients pay $0–30/month. This is the standard TRT approach for most men.

2. Enclomiphene (Oral tablet) — A compounded medication prescribed when clinically appropriate for:
• Men with fertility goals who want to preserve sperm production
• Younger men who want to avoid long-term dependence on exogenous testosterone
• Men coming off TRT who need support restarting natural testosterone production

Important: Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved as a commercial product and is not covered by insurance. We discuss pricing transparently before prescribing.

Your doctor determines which approach is right for you after reviewing your 51-biomarker panel at your first visit.

I have fertility goals. Can I still do TRT?

Yes — with the right protocol. Testosterone replacement suppresses the signals your body uses to produce sperm. For men with active fertility goals, we can discuss adding enclomiphene or hCG to your TRT protocol to maintain sperm production alongside treatment. This is a conversation that happens at your first consultation, not after the fact. Call us at 206-960-4770 to discuss your specific situation before booking.

I've been on TRT elsewhere and want to come off. Can you help?

Yes. Stopping exogenous testosterone without support can mean a prolonged period of very low natural testosterone while your HPG axis restarts. Revive can evaluate whether enclomiphene is appropriate to support your recovery — helping restart your natural testosterone production more quickly. We review your labs and history first. We also welcome transfers of care from patients who started TRT elsewhere but want better monitoring, lower costs through insurance billing, or a closer clinical relationship. Call 206-960-4770.

Done Safely

A Whole-Body Approach That Lowers Your Risk

Testosterone touches everything — your blood count, your heart, your prostate, your estrogen. The risk isn't TRT itself; it's TRT done without watching the rest. So we don't just hand you a vial.

We run 51+ biomarkers, examine you in person, and manage the whole picture — anastrozole when your estradiol climbs, HCG to protect fertility, hematocrit checks at every visit. Treating the whole man, not one number, is how we keep your treatment both effective and safe.

Let's Get You the Real Numbers.

It starts with a free phone consult — book it online in under a minute. We'll explain how it works, answer your questions, and set up your first visit, which includes a free 51-biomarker panel. No pressure, no upsell — if your testosterone is fine, I'll tell you.

P.S. — The number that matters most, free testosterone, is the one most clinics never run. We always do. That's usually the whole difference between "you're fine" and "no wonder you felt awful."
