FAQs

Oregon Patients — Common Questions

Can Oregon residents get TRT through Revive without visiting Washington?

Yes. Oregon patients can complete their initial consultation and all follow-ups via telehealth. You'll get your blood drawn at a local Quest or LabCorp near you, meet your physician by video, and fill your prescription at any Oregon pharmacy. No WA trip required.

Will my insurance cover testosterone medication in Oregon?

Most major Oregon health plans — including Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Moda Health, PacificSource, and Providence — cover FDA-approved testosterone when medically necessary. Coverage depends on your specific plan, diagnosis, and prior authorization requirements. Revive will assist with insurance navigation at your first visit. See our insurance coverage guide for details.

Where do I get my blood drawn?

Revive provides a signed lab requisition after your first visit. You can take it to any Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp location in Oregon — most have same-day availability and no appointment required. Portland metro alone has over 20 draw locations.

What pharmacy fills testosterone in Oregon?

Testosterone prescriptions can be filled at any retail pharmacy — Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Rite Aid, and most independent pharmacies in Oregon. With insurance, most patients pay $0–$30/month. Without insurance, testosterone cypionate is typically $30–$60/month at Costco or GoodRx pricing.

How often will I have telehealth appointments?

After your initial consultation, most patients are seen every 90 days for follow-up lab review and protocol adjustment. Appointments are 15–30 minutes via secure video. Between visits, you can message your care team directly through the Revive patient portal.

Is telehealth TRT legal and legitimate in Oregon?

Yes. Oregon allows telehealth prescribing for testosterone when an established patient-provider relationship exists and clinical standards for diagnosis and monitoring are met. Revive follows evidence-based clinical protocols aligned with Endocrine Society guidelines. All care is provided by board-certified physicians.
