Book online and meet your Revive physician by secure video. Discuss your symptoms, health history, and goals. Your physician reviews everything before ordering any treatment.
Labs at a Local Draw Site
Your physician orders a comprehensive hormone and metabolic panel. Get your blood drawn at any Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp in Oregon — most have same-day availability. Results in 24–48 hours.
Prescription to Your Pharmacy
Once labs confirm diagnosis, your physician sends the prescription to any licensed Oregon pharmacy — Walgreens, CVS, Costco, or your preferred independent. Most insurance covers FDA-approved testosterone at $0–$30/mo.
$99 covers your physician consultation + lab order. Lab draw fee and medication billed separately.
Telehealth Prescribing Is Legal in Oregon
Oregon Telehealth Laws Allow Prescribing After Video Consultation
Oregon has adopted comprehensive telehealth practice standards (ORS Chapter 442 and OAR 847-080-0070 et seq.) that allow licensed physicians to establish a valid patient-provider relationship and prescribe medications — including testosterone — via synchronous video consultation. A prior in-person visit is not required when clinical standards for diagnosis and monitoring are met. Revive physicians follow evidence-based protocols aligned with Endocrine Society guidelines and hold valid DEA registrations that authorize prescribing in Oregon.
- ✓ Synchronous video visit satisfies the examination requirement
- ✓ Physician obtains complete medical history before any prescription
- ✓ Lab results reviewed prior to initiating testosterone therapy
- ✓ All care documented in a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record

Oregon Patients Are Seen by Licensed Physicians
Revive is not a symptom-quiz-and-ship telehealth app. You are evaluated by a board-licensed physician who reviews your complete health history and lab results before any treatment decision.

Oregon Patients — Common Questions
Is telehealth TRT legal in Oregon?
Yes. Oregon allows physicians to prescribe testosterone via telehealth after a synchronous video consultation in which the physician gathers a full health history and reviews appropriate diagnostic lab work. Revive physicians comply with Oregon telehealth prescribing standards and hold valid DEA registrations authorizing controlled-substance prescribing in Oregon. Treatment is only initiated when labs confirm a clinical diagnosis.
Do I need to come in person for my first appointment?
No. Most Oregon patients complete their initial consultation and all follow-up visits entirely via telehealth video. You will need to visit a local lab draw site (Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp) to have your blood drawn — typically a 10-minute appointment. No travel to Washington is required.
How are labs done?
After your initial video consultation, your physician provides a signed lab requisition. Take it to any Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp location in Oregon — Portland metro has 20+ draw sites, with additional locations in Salem, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and more. Most have same-day availability. Lab results are delivered directly to your Revive physician for review, typically within 24–48 hours.
How is medication delivered?
Your physician sends a prescription electronically to a licensed Oregon pharmacy of your choice — Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Rite Aid, or any independent pharmacy. FDA-approved testosterone cypionate is widely available at retail pharmacies and is covered by most major insurance plans. If a compounded formulation is clinically indicated, your physician can route the prescription to a licensed compounding pharmacy that ships to Oregon.
Will my Oregon insurance cover testosterone therapy?
Many Oregon health plans cover FDA-approved testosterone medication when medically necessary. Common Oregon insurers including Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, PacificSource, Providence, and Moda Health may cover testosterone at your local pharmacy. Lab draws at Quest and LabCorp are also often covered. Your Revive physician will provide the diagnosis codes needed for insurance submission. The $99 consultation fee is out-of-pocket.
How often will I have appointments?
After your initial consultation, most patients have a follow-up telehealth check-in at 6–8 weeks to review early lab results and adjust your protocol if needed. Ongoing follow-ups are typically every 90–180 days depending on your protocol and stability. Between visits, you can message your care team securely through the Revive patient portal.
