Can veterans use VA Community Care for TRT?
No. Revive is not part of the VA Community Care network, so the VA can't refer you to us or pay for your visits. Revive visits are cash-pay. TRT meds can go through Tricare at your pharmacy. Ask our care team how your VA benefits and a Revive prescription fit together.
Which Revive location is closest to JBLM?
Our Federal Way clinic at 720 S 320th St is approximately 30 minutes north of Joint Base Lewis-McChord via I-5. It's our most convenient location for service members and veterans at JBLM, McChord, and the surrounding Lakewood and Tacoma communities. Telehealth follow-ups are also available statewide after your initial in-person visit.
Do I need a referral from my PCM?
Tricare Prime members typically need a referral from their Primary Care Manager (PCM) before seeing a specialist. Tricare Select members can often self-refer to network providers. Call your Tricare regional contractor or our office at (206) 960-4770 and we'll help you understand the referral requirements for your specific plan.
Can I use Tricare for ED treatment?
Tricare coverage for erectile dysfunction treatment depends on the underlying cause. When ED is caused or worsened by low testosterone (hypogonadism), treating the underlying low testosterone is often covered.
