When your physician determines a virtual check-in is appropriate, you can review labs, adjust protocols, and renew prescriptions from the comfort of your home or office. The best of both worlds — in-person foundation, telehealth convenience.
When a Virtual Follow-Up
Makes Sense
Not every check-in requires a trip to the clinic. Once your physician has established your baseline through in-person exams and labs, certain follow-up visits can happen virtually — saving you time without compromising care.
Lab Review & Protocol Adjustments
Your follow-up blood work shows your levels are stable, but your physician wants to fine-tune your dose based on how you are feeling. This conversation does not require a physical exam — it can happen over a secure video call in 10 to 15 minutes. Your physician reviews your lab results on screen, discusses any symptoms, and adjusts your protocol. Updated prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy the same day.
Prescription Renewals
If you are on a stable TRT protocol with consistent labs and no concerns, your physician can renew your prescription during a virtual visit. This is especially convenient for patients on our Essential or Standard plans who have been on treatment for 6 months or more with no changes needed. Your renewed prescription is sent directly to your local pharmacy.
Symptom Check-Ins
You are a few weeks into a new protocol adjustment and want to report how you are feeling — energy levels, mood changes, side effects, or questions about your injection technique. A quick virtual check-in lets your physician evaluate your progress without requiring you to take time off work or drive to the clinic. Your physician knows your history, knows your labs, and can advise in real time.
When You Still Need
to Come In
We are not a telehealth-only company — and that is by design. Certain visits require the kind of care that can only happen face-to-face.
🩺 Always In-Person
- Initial consultation & exam — Your first visit is always in-person. We need to examine you, draw blood, and establish your baseline.
- Blood draws & lab panels — We draw your blood on-site. This cannot happen over video.
- Physical exams — Periodic physical exams are part of responsible hormone management. We check vitals, assess your body composition, and look for any signs that require clinical attention.
- Injection training — If you are new to self-injection, we teach you in person with hands-on guidance. A video tutorial is not the same.
- Pellet insertions — Testosterone pellet therapy is an in-office procedure that requires sterile technique and clinical oversight.

- Lab result reviews — Discussing results from labs drawn at a previous in-person visit.
- Dose adjustments — Fine-tuning your TRT or peptide dosing based on labs and symptoms.
- Prescription renewals — Stable patients with no clinical concerns.
- Progress check-ins — Reporting how you feel on your current protocol.
- Side effect triage — Discussing minor concerns that do not require examination (mild acne, sleep changes, energy fluctuations).
- Travel consultations — Adjusting your protocol for upcoming travel, managing medication logistics, or getting refill timing right.
Your physician decides. We do not let patients choose telehealth for visits that require in-person care. Your physician determines which follow-ups can be virtual and which require a clinic visit. This is how responsible medicine works — convenience should never compromise quality of care.

Schedule Your Virtual Visit
Call us at (206) 960-4770 or use our online scheduling system to book a virtual follow-up. Our staff will confirm that your visit qualifies for telehealth based on your physician's recommendation and your recent visit history. Virtual appointments are available Monday through Friday during regular clinic hours.
Join the Secure Video Call
At your appointment time, you will receive a link to join a HIPAA-compliant video call. No app downloads required — it works directly in your browser on any device (phone, tablet, or computer). Your connection is encrypted end-to-end and no recording is made. The same privacy standards apply as an in-person visit.
Physician Review & Adjustments
Your physician — the same doctor who sees you in person — reviews your latest labs, discusses how you have been feeling, and makes any needed adjustments to your protocol. If a dose change is warranted, your physician explains the reasoning. If everything is dialed in, you get confirmation and peace of mind. Most virtual follow-ups take 10 to 15 minutes.
Prescriptions Sent Same Day
If your physician renews or adjusts your prescription during the virtual visit, it is sent to your pharmacy the same day. Pick it up at your local Walgreens, Costco, Fred Meyer, or whichever pharmacy you prefer. No delay, no extra steps. Your treatment continues without interruption.

Both Worlds
We built Revive as an in-person clinic because that is what responsible hormone therapy requires. A physical exam, on-site blood draws, hands-on injection training — these are the things that separate quality care from a prescription mill. No telehealth company can replicate them.
But once that in-person foundation is established, we recognize that not every follow-up conversation needs a 20-minute drive. If your labs are back, your levels look good, and you just need to confirm your dose is dialed in — that conversation can happen over a 10-minute video call while you sit in your car during lunch break or at your home office desk.
This is not telehealth TRT. This is in-person medicine with the added convenience of virtual follow-ups when clinically appropriate. Your physician still knows you, still examines you regularly, and still makes decisions based on comprehensive lab data — not a questionnaire.
