At Revive, your first visit includes a doctor consultation and 51+ biomarkers drawn on-site. We cover all five of these in a single appointment.
TRT
FDA-approved testosterone cypionate — the gold standard. Most insurance covered, including Premera, Regence, UHC, Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, Apple Health, and Medicare.
Medical Weight Loss
comprehensive metabolic panel, doctor-supervised care, and GLP-1 options discussed where appropriate based on your labs and clinical picture.
Erectile Dysfunction
FDA-approved ED medications like sildenafil or tadalafil — prescribed to your local pharmacy. Testosterone evaluation included.
Hair Loss Treatment
FDA-approved finasteride and low-dose oral minoxidil — doctor-prescribed, filled at your local pharmacy. Integrated with TRT protocols where appropriate.
Enclomiphene
Doctor-prescribed compounded oral option that stimulates natural testosterone production — discussed after full evaluation for appropriate candidates.

Your first appointment is 45–60 minutes with a doctor. 51+ biomarker lab panel drawn on-site at the same visit — no separate lab appointment needed. We discuss everything that's relevant: testosterone, weight, sexual health, hair, energy, whatever's on your list.
Labs + Plan
Your treatment plan is developed at or shortly after your visit once labs are reviewed. If prior authorization is needed for your insurance, we handle it in-house — you don't have to deal with your insurer directly.
Use Your Insurance for Meds
Visits are cash-pay. TRT meds go through your own insurance at your pharmacy. Labs can go through insurance with our Lab Coordination add-on. Most patients pay $0–30/mo for TRT meds, with insurance or without.
